地方高校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养问题研究——以东北石油大学为例

Research of the Talent Training of International Economy and Trade Major in Local Colleges and Universities——Through Taking Northeast Petroleum University as an Example

为了应对社会对国际经济与贸易专业人才的新标准、新要求,以东北石油大学为例,探讨了地方高校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养策略。从人才培养目标、人才培养特色两方面,论述了国际贸易专业人才培养现状。分析了国际贸易专业在人才培养中存在的问题,体现在培养模式比较单一,课程结构和课程内容有待调整和优化,实践教学和实践经验不足,师资力量薄弱,缺乏“双师型”教师。提出了提升国际贸易专业人才培养水平的策略,应对接产业需求、落实成果导向,持续优化特色人才培养模式;调整课程结构,突出实践课程;改善教学方法,提升教学效果;加强教师队伍建设,重视人才引进与培养,进而培养出掌握现代经济管理理论及方法,专业基础扎实,对外贸易实践能力强的高素质应用型人才。

In order to meet the new standards and requirements of the talents of international economy and trade major from the society,the research explores the strategies of talent training of international economy and trade major in local colleges and universities through taking Northeast Petroleum University as an example.The research discusses the present situation of talent training of international economy and trade major from two aspects,such as talent training target and characteristics;analyzes the problems,such as relatively simple training mode,the necessity of adjustment and optimization of course structure and content,lack of practical teaching and practical experiment,weak teaching staff,and lack of“dual type”teachers.Strategies of the improvement of the talent training of international economy and trade major are proposed,i.e.to meet industry demand,implement result orientation,continuously optimize the mode of talent training of characteristic talent training;adjust course structure,emphasize practical course;improve teaching method,and promote teaching effect;strengthen teacher team construction,focus on talent introduction and training,in order to train high-qualified applied talents with strong international economy and trade practical ability,who grasp economic management theory and method,and strong professional basis.
