禅学对语言与文本的消解

Deconstruction of Language and Text by Zen

禅学对语言有限性的克服是靠对语言的解构,其“增补的逻辑”使人们“从此中读出彼”,文本的确定性消失了。为了消解语言的局限性,禅宗主张不落言诠的思,在表述中不循理路,说“荒诞语”。无限的佛法存在于有限的语言之外,语言对“真理”来说,是“敞开”也是“遮蔽”。因而,佛教在洋洋洒洒地论说后,总不忘告诫人们自己所说皆是方便,真实义超乎语言。佛学对于教法的消解,起着“解毒剂”的作用。

Zen overcomes the finiteness of language by deconstructing language.Its"supplementary logic"makes people"read between the lines",and thus the certainty of the text disappears.In order to clear up the finiteness of language,Zen claims that the intuition thinking might be expressed with the"absurd language"without following the reasoning path.Because infinite Dharma exists outside finite language as for"truth",language can be"covered"or"discovered".Therefore,Buddhism always reminds people that it is easy to open mouth but the true meaning is beyond word.Buddhism plays the role of"antidote"for the digestion of indoctrination.
