师范专业认证下化学师范生核心素养培育研究

Research on Core Literacy Cultivation of Normal Students of Chemistry Specialty in the Context of Teacher Education Specialty Certification

以《中学教育专业认证标准》(第二级)中师范生毕业要求的四方面素养所对应的八个指标点为维度,构建化学师范生核心素养体系,拟定问卷题目并对化学师范生核心素养进行了调查。结果表明,化学师范生核心素养总体水平(均值)较高;男生核心素养总体均分及八个维度的均分都高于女生,尤其在“学科素养”和“教学能力”两个维度;年级变量上化学师范生核心素养均分从高到低依次为大四>大一>大三>大二,大二学生核心素养均分相对大一显著降低。根据调研结果分析了影响化学师范生核心素养的主客观因素,并从优化课程顶层设计、完善课程内容、改革教学方法和模式、加强教师队伍建设、在课程实施中“因材施教”几方面提出了对策。

The core literacy system of normal students of chemistry specialty was established according to the eight index points corresponding to the four aspects of accomplishment required in the Professional Accreditation Standards for Secondary Education(Level 2).Questionnaire topics were formulated to investigate the core literacy of normal students of chemistry specialty.The results indicated that:the overall level(mean)is relatively high;the mean of overall and the eight index of male students is separately higher than female,especially on the two indexes of"discipline literacy"and"teaching ability";in terms of variable of different grades,the core literacy mean of chemistry normal college students are arranged from high to low as:senior>freshman>junior>sophomore,the mean of sophomores is significantly lower than that of freshman.According to the research results,the subjective and objective factors are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing to top-level design of courses,improving the course contents,innovating the teaching methods and models,strengthening the construction of teaching team,and teaching students in accordance to their aptitude,etc.
