一般性食物渴求特质问卷和状态问卷在大学生中的信效度 被引量:1

Reliability and Validity of the Trait and State General Food Cravings Questionnaires in Chinese College Students

摘要 目的:检验中文版一般性食物渴求特质问卷和状态问卷在大学生群体中的信效度。方法:2017年至2021年间通过线上和线下招募被试的方式共计招募1 408名大学生填写问卷,以荷兰进食问卷为一般性食物渴求特质问卷的校标,通过探索性因素分析探索一般性食物渴求特质问卷和一般性食物渴求状态问卷因子结构,并采用验证性因素分析加以验证。对其中160名被试在4周后复测;另招募大学生被试87名考察其在饥饿和饱腹状态下,一般性食物渴求状态问卷的评分变化。结果:中文版一般性食物渴求特质问卷共19个条目,有4个因子,各因子与总分之间高相关(r=0.752~0.882),总量表的内部一致性系数为0.939,各因子内部有较好的一致性(α=0.842~0.911),总问卷的重测信度为0.736,各维度重测信度较好(r=0.587~0.756),问卷结构拟合度较好(χ;/df=5.556,TLI=0.875,CFI=0.894,RMSEA=0.098);中文版一般性食物渴求状态问卷共15个条目,有5个因子,各因子与总分之间高相关(r=0.699~0.786),总问卷的内部一致性系数为0.892,各因子内部一致性也较好(α=0.814~0.909),总问卷的重测信度为0.451,各维度重测信度较低(r=0.144~0.589),问卷结构拟合度较好(χ^(2)/df=1.952,TLI=0.943,CFI=0.957,RMSEA=0.065)。进一步检验一般性食物渴求状态问卷的实证效度,在进食前一般性食物渴求状态问卷的总分和分维度得分显著高于进食后的得分(p<0.001)。结论:中文版一般性食物渴求特质问卷和状态问卷在大学生群体中具有良好的信度和效度。 Objective:To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Trait and State General Food Cravings Questionnaires(G-FCQ-T and G-FCQ-S) in college students.Methods:Between 2017 and 2021,1 408 college students were recruited online and offline to fill out questionnaires.Using Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire as the criterion,the factor structure was investigated through the G-FCQ-T and G-FCQ-S by exploratory factor analyses,and the confirmative factor analysis was used to confirm.There were 160 of them that did the retest 4 weeks later.Another 87 college students were observed for the changes of rating in G-FCQ-S under food deprivation and satiation conditions.Results:The Chinese version of the G-FCQ-T had 19 items and a four-factor structure.The 4 factors had high correlations with the total score(r=0.752~0.882).The internal consistency coefficient of G-FCQ-T was0.939,with better internal consistency of each factor(α=0.842~0.911).The test-retest reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.736 and all dimensions had good test-retest reliability(r=0.587~0.756).The questionnaire structure showed good fit(χ^(2)/df=5.556,TLI=0.875, CFI=0.894,RMSEA=0.098).The Chinese version of the G-FCQ-S had 15 items and a five-factor structure.The 5 factors had high correlations with the total score(r=0.699~0.786).The internal consistency coefficient of G-FCQ-S was 0.892,with better internal consistency of each factor(a=0.814~0.909).The test-retest reliability of the whole questionnaire was 0.451 and all dimensions had good test-retest reliability(r=0.144~0.589).The questionnaire structure showed good fit(χ^(2)/df=1.952, TLI=0.943,CFI=0.957,RMSEA=0.065).To further test the criterion validity of G-FCQ-S,the total score and dimension score of G-FCQ-S before eating were significantly higher than those after eating(p<0.001).Conclusion:The Chinese version the G-FCQ-T and G-FCQ-S have good reliability and validity in college students.
