摘要 武器平台的小型化、无人化、智能化成为发展趋势,将催生高度分散、灵活组合的有人/无人协同作战、无人集群自主作战等新型作战样式,对传统战术通信网络提出新的挑战.在深入分析未来新型智能化作战样式特点以及战术通信面临新需求的基础上,研究提出一种具备网络场景认知能力、支持作战功能要素高度分散、灵活机动、动态组合、自主协同的新型智能化战术信息网络-战术场景互联网,阐述了其概念内涵、作用机理、能力特征及其关键技术. With the development of miniaturized,unmanned,and intelligent weapon platforms,new operation patterns in which the units are highly decentralized and flexibly combined will come into being,such as manned/unmanned cooperative operations,unmanned swarm autonomous operations.They will pose new challenges to traditional tactical communication networks.Based on analysis of characteristics of emerging intelligent operation patterns and the new demands faced by tactical communications,this paper proposes a novel intelligent tactical information network,named as the Tactical Scenario Internet,characterized with network scenario cognitive capability,supporting high decentralization,flexible maneuverability,dynamic combination and autonomous coordination of operation function elements.Its conceptual connotation,mechanism of action,capability characteristics,and key technologies are expounded in this paper.
