摘要
新媒体时代,对传媒行业人才提出了更高的需求,新文科建设呈现出“交融性、创新性、特色性、实践性”的形态特征,现阶段广播电视编导专业的人才培养模式存在不少问题,高校人才培养急需新模式。在专业建设上,高校广播电视编导专业人才培养应厘清专业发展方向,重设合理的人才培养目标;在课程设置上,构建“以新文科为背景、广播电视编导为基础、新媒体技术为前沿”的课程体系,重构以新文科培养理念为主导的新型课程群,做到按需设课,以产业需求为导向进行课程设置;在教学模式上,通过建设专业工作室,开展项目化教学,利用新媒介、新科技,集成创新教学模式,搭建起“通识教育+实践”教学平台,深化产教融合,将知识与实践充分转化。
The era of new media poses higher demand for media industry talents.The construc⁃tion of new liberal arts presents the morphological characteristics of“blendedness,innovativeness,uniqueness,and practicalness”.At the present stage,there are many problems in the talent training model of the radio and television editing and directing specialty,and a new talent training model is urgently needed for colleges and universities.In terms of specialty construction,it is necessary that colleges and universities clarify the direction of specialty development and reset reasonable talent train⁃ing goals in the talent training process of the radio and television editing and directing specialty.In terms of curriculum setting,it is imperative to build a curriculum system with“new liberal arts as the background,radio and television editing and directing as the foundation and new media technolo⁃gy as the forefront”.In addition,it is also important to reconstruct a new type of curriculum groups led by the training concept of new liberal arts,so as to set up on-demand courses.In terms of teach⁃ing mode,it is essential to build professional studios,carry out project-based teaching,make use of new media and new technology,and integrate innovative teaching modes.Also,it is of great signifi⁃cance to build a“general education+practice”teaching platform which will help to deepen the inte⁃gration of industry and education and fully transform knowledge and practice.
