主泵有组织泄漏及硼冲洗排水流量监测装置研发与应用

摘要 主冷却剂泵(以下简称主泵)是核电站的关键设备,有组织泄漏排水与硼冲洗排水的流量是田湾核电站VVER堆型主泵正常运行的重要监测参数之一。针对田湾核电站VVER堆型主泵有组织泄漏及硼冲洗排水的特点,介绍了一种新型的流量监测装置。该装置采用容积式测量原理,创新式引入非能动的虹吸排水方式,在田湾二期工程3、4号机组稳定运行共计3个换料循环,实现了主泵有组织泄漏及硼冲洗排水流量的持续和可靠监测。 Main coolant pump(hereinafter referred to as main pump)is the key equipment of nuclear power plant.The flow of organized leakage drainage and boron flushing drainage is one of the important monitoring parameters for the normal operation of VVER reactor main pump in Tianwan nuclear power plant.According to the characteristics of organized leakage and boron flushing drainage of VVER reactor main pump in Tianwan nuclear power plant,this paper introduces a new flow monitoring device.The device adopts the principle of volumetric measurement and innovatively introduces the passive siphon drainage mode.It operates stably for three refueling cycles in units 3 and 4 of Tianwan phase II project,realizing the continuous and reliable monitoring of organized leakage and boron flushing drainage flow of main pump.
