摘要
堆芯中子通量测量系统大修期间需要在堆芯仪表间进行诸多检修操作,环境剂量偏高以及严重的松散污染增加了检修工作人员的吸收剂量以及沾污风险通过对堆芯仪表间辐射热点设备电动阀、止回阀的辐射剂量降低研究,分析电动阀的工作原理,确保清洗后的设备性能满足要求的前提下,实现了电动阀、止回阀辐射剂量的有效降低,同时对电动阀、止回阀的承压性能进行有效验证,此外也为核电厂其他热点设备的辐射剂量降低提供了一定参考。
During the overhaul of the core neutron flux measurement system,many maintenance operations are required in the core instrument room.The high environmental dose and serious loose pollution increase the absorbed dose of the maintenance staff and the risk of contamination.In this paper,the radiation dose reduction of the electric valve and check valve of the radiation hot spot equipment between the core instruments and the working principle of the electric valve are analyzed.The radiation dose of the electric valve and the check valve is effectively reduced,which based on the effective verification of pressure-bearing performance of the valve.At the same time,this article also provides a certain reference for the radiation dose reduction of other hotspot equipment in nuclear power plants.
