摘要
为了确定工程设计阶段安全仪表功能各子系统冗余结构,根据规范结合工程实际建立各子系统数学模型。在相同假设条件下,通过计算得出不同冗余结构在发生危险失效概率和安全失效概率,最后以测量仪表2oo3冗余为例,分别说明一台表、两台表和三台表故障时的逻辑解决方案,为安全仪表功能结构设计提供参考。
In order to determine the redundant structure of each subsystem of the safety instrumented function in the engineering design stage,the mathematical model of each subsystem is established according to the specification and the actual project.Under the same assumptions,the probability and safety of dangerous failures of different redundant structures are obtained by calculation.Probability of failure.Finally,take the 2 oo3 redundancy of the measuring instrument as an example to illustrate the logical solutions when one meter,two meters and three meters fail.Provide a reference for the functional structure design of safety instrumentation.
