摘要
利用涂布法从厦门红树林植物白骨壤根部分离得到1株内生真菌,编号为CW5-7,通过测定ITS序列鉴定该菌株为亮白曲霉(Aspergillus candidus),对亮白曲霉CW5-7在大米培养基中的代谢产物进行分离纯化,通过波谱学数据分析对主成分结构进行鉴定,并对其抗氧化活性进行评价。结果表明,从亮白曲霉CW5-7的代谢提取物中分离得到2个对三联苯类化合物,分别为3,3″-dihydroxyterphyllin(Ⅰ)和3-hydroxyterphyllin(Ⅱ),均为亮白曲霉特征性代谢产物,且具有较强的抗氧化活性。
We separated an endophytic fungus from the root of Xiamen(a southeast city of China)mangrove plant Avicennia marina by a dilution-plate method,and named it as CW5-7.Moreover,we identified the strain as Aspergillus candidus by ITS sequence.Furthermore,we isolated and purified the metabolites of Aspergillus candidus CW5-7 in rice medium,identified the structures of principal components by spectroscopic data analysis,and evaluated their antioxidant activity.The results show that two p-terphenyl compounds can be isolated from the metabolic extracts of Aspergillus candidus CW5-7,which are identified as 3,3″-dihydroxyterphyllin(Ⅰ)and 3-hydroxyterphyllin(Ⅱ),respectively.CompoundsⅠandⅡare characteristic metabolites of Aspergillus candidus,and show strong antioxidant activity.
