摘要
以半合成润滑油基础油作为研究对象,采用旋转氧弹法考察了抗氧剂种类和添加量对其氧化安定性的影响,并与氧化管法进行了对比。结果表明:当分别加入质量分数为0.3%的酚型抗氧剂T 501和胺型抗氧剂L 57时,半合成基础油的旋转氧弹时间分别延长了566%和262%,酚型抗氧剂T 501的抗氧化效果明显优于胺型抗氧剂L 57;半合成基础油的氧化安定性随着T 501质量分数的增加而增强,T 501的质量分数为0.3%时较佳。旋转氧弹法和氧化管法实验结果呈指数函数关系,相关系数为0.974,旋转氧弹法重复性实验结果可满足SH/T 0193—2008要求。
With semi-synthetic base oil lubricants as experimental materials,the influence of different types and concentrations of antioxidants on experimental materials′oxidative stability was evaluated by rotating pressure vessel method(RPVOT)and the results were compared with that of the oxidation tube method.The results showed that the RPVOT′s time of semi synthetic base oil had increased 566%and 262%respectively when adding 0.3%mass fraction of phenolic antioxidant T 501 or amine antioxidant L 57,respectively,and the sensitivity of the semi-synthetic base oil to phenolic antioxidant was significantly better than that of amine antioxidant;the oxidation stability of the semi-synthetic base oil had increased with the increase of concentration of antioxidant T 501,and the optimum addition mass fraction of antioxidant T 501 was 0.3%.The experimental results of the RPVOT and the oxide tube method showed an exponential function relationship with the correlation coefficient of 0.974.The repeatability test results of RPVOT could meet the requirements of SH/T 0193—2008.
