摘要
介绍了脱硝剂QKJ-DN/3在中国石化青岛石油化工有限责任公司140万t/a重油催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。结果表明:在原料性质和主要操作条件保持平稳的情况下,加注脱硝剂QKJ-DN/3后,产品分布、汽柴油性质、烟气组成基本稳定,再生混合烟气中NO_(x)质量浓度由空白标定期的123.04 mg/m^(3)降低到58.59 mg/m^(3),可满足DB 37/2376—2019的要求。
The application of denitrification agent QKJ-DN/3 in the 1.4 Mt/a residue fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC) unit of Qingdao Petrochemical Co Ltd,SINOPEC,was introduced.The results showed that under the conditions of the feedstock property and the main operating parameters maintained steady and after denitrification agent QKJ-DN/3 was added, the product distribution, gasoline and diesel properties and flue gas composition had basically kept stable, the NOxmass concentration in regeneration flue gas had been reduced from 123.04 mg/m^(3) to58.59 mg/m^(3), which could meet the requirements of DB 37/2376—2019.
