摘要
类玻璃高分子是一种结合热固性高分子和热塑性高分子特性的新型高分子材料.近年来已有研究将含有可逆动态键的类玻璃高分子作为基体来制备高性能的新型复合材料.然而还未有关于类玻璃高分子/天然动物纤维复合材料的报道.因此,利用丝素蛋白气凝剂本身的多孔结构特性,结合高效的原位聚合技术,首次在丝素蛋白气凝胶中原位合成了聚羟基聚氨酯类玻璃高分子(PHU).实验结果表明,所得复合材料不仅具有优异的力学性能,且具有自愈合以及形状记忆等智能特性.值得注意的是,复合材料在室温下可实现化学组分全回收再利用.这一研究不仅扩展了类玻璃高分子在复合材料中的应用范围,而且为制备高性能丝素蛋白气凝胶复合材料提供一种简单且高效的策略.
Vitrimer is a new type of polymer material that combines the properties of thermosetting and thermoplastic polymers.In recent years,there have been studies using vitrimer polymers containing reversible dynamic bonds as a matrix to prepare new high-performance composite materials.However,there are no reports about vitrimer polymer/natural animal fiber composite materials.Therefore,this article takes advantage of the porous structure characteristics of silk fibroin aerogel itself,combined with efficient in-situ polymerization technology,for the first time,a polyhydroxyurethane(PHU)vitrimer was synthesized in situ in the silk fibroin aerogel.The experimental results show that the obtained composite materials not only have excellent mechanical properties,but also have intelligent characteristics such as self-healing and shape memory.It is worth noting that the composite materials can be fully recycled of chemical components and reused at room temperature This research not only expands the application range of vitrimer in composites,but also provides a simple and efficient strategy for preparing high-performance silk fibroin aerogel composites.
