摘要
现有公共安全辅助系统在面对一些典型应急任务,如野外复杂地表环境人员搜救,城市突发事件中危险目标的围捕任务时,单纯依赖语音呼叫的指挥办法,无法迅捷实施任务。提出一套多智能终端协同辅助系统,将无人机与智能终端同时接入网络服务器,通过建立各终端之间以及与指挥中心之间多媒体信息传输,结合无人机位置与姿态信息,实时跟踪目标的地理位置,再通过快速路径分析,引导地面移动终端协同执行任务,从而可极大提升应急事件的处理效率。原型系统的实地演练验证了系统技术与相关算法的有效性。
In the case of some typical emergency tasks,such as the search and rescue of people in the complex surface environment and roundup of dangerous targets in urban area,the existing public security auxiliary system only relies on the voice communication,which cannot efficiently implement the tasks.We proposed a multi-intelligent terminal cooperative auxiliary system,which connected UAVs and intelligent terminals to the network server,by transferring information between terminals and the command center,tracking geo-location of targets in real time by UAV position and pose information,and frequently analyzing path to targets,great efficiency could be gained in the process of emergency response.Finally,the prototype system was used for practical exercises to verify the effectiveness of the technology and related algorithms.
