大型医疗设备维护保养的风险及管理措施

Risk and Management Measures for Maintenance of Large Medical Equipment

目的:探讨大型医疗设备维护保养的风险及管理措施。方法:选取2019年6月~2021年6月本院106台正常使用医疗设备为研究对象,随机设为研究组和对照组,对照组进行常规维护保养,研究组进行高质量维护保养。比较两组设备故障率、使用率、设备风险及维护评分。结果:对照组设备故障率、使用率分别为17.0%、77.4%,研究组设备故障率、使用率分别为3.8%、90.6%,与对照组比较,研究组设备故障率更低,设备使用率更高,两组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组设备风险评分更低,设备维护评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:对医院大型医疗设备进行高质量维护保养,可降低设备风险,设备故障率明显降低,可实现设备高质量维护保养,可进一步提高疾病诊断率,有利于提高治疗有效率,具有非常高的应用价值。

Objective:To explore the risk and management measures of large-scale medical equipment maintenance.Methods:106 sets of medical equipment in normal use in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups:study group and control group.The control group received routine maintenance,and the study group received high quality maintenance.The equipment failure rate,utilization rate,equipment risk and maintenance score were compared between the two groups.Results:The equipment failure rate and utilization rate of the control group were 17.0%and 77.4%,respectively,and the equipment failure rate and utilization rate of the research group were 3.8%and 90.6%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the equipment failure rate of the research group was lower and the equipment utilization rate was higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had lower equipment risk score and higher equipment maintenance score(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality maintenance of large medical equipment in hospital can reduce the risk of equipment,significantly reduce the failure rate of equipment,realize the high quality maintenance of equipment,further improve the diagnosis rate of disease,and help to improve the treatment efficiency,which has a very high application value.
