阴式全子宫切除术联合腹腔镜用于巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用观察

Vaginal Hysterectomy Combined with Laparoscopy for the Treatment of Giant Uterine Fibroids Application Observation

目的:探讨阴式全子宫切除术联合腹腔镜用于巨大子宫肌瘤治疗中的应用。方法:以2017年3月~2020年3月作为本次研究区间,选取上述时间段内本院收治的350例已确诊为巨大子宫肌瘤患者参与研究,均分从175例患者一组。对照组给予常规开腹全子宫切除术治疗,研究组给予阴式全子宫切除术联合腹腔镜治疗,观察两组患者的手术临床指标、并发症发生情况、生存质量(FACT-G评分)、生活质量。结果:研究组各项手术指标均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗安全性比对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组生存质量优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量改善情况比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论:阴式全子宫切除术、腹腔镜联合应用于巨大子宫肌瘤患者治疗效果显著,价值较高,对患者产生的副作用小,可以显著提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To investigate the application of total vaginal hysterectomy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of giant hysteromyoma.Methods:Taking March 2017 to March 2020 as the study interval,350 patients with giant hysteromyoma diagnosed in our hospital during the above-mentioned period were selected to participate in the study,and they were equally divided into a group of 175 patients.The control group was treated with conventional open total hysterectomy,and the study group was treated with vaginal total hysterectomy combined with laparoscopy.The clinical indexes,complications,quality of life(FACT-G score)and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results:The operative indexes in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment safety of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal hysterectomy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with huge uterine fibroids has a significant effect,high value,small side effects on patients,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
