胃镜下止血治疗消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Hemostasis Under Gastroscope in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Complicated with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:将胃镜下止血治疗方法用于消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血治疗中,并对治疗临床效果进行研究。方法:以本院2018年2月~2020年11月接诊的100例消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者作为主要对象,用奇偶数分组法将其分为对照组50例(采用常规内科治疗手段)和观察组50例(采用胃镜下止血治疗),分析两组治疗后治疗有效率、住院时间、并发症发生率变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率98.00%较对照组的80.00%明显较高(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间较对照组明显较短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.00%较对照组的18.00%明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:对本院接诊消化性溃疡合并急性上消化道出血患者实施胃镜下止血治疗方案后,能确切提升对患者治疗效果,缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生。

Objective:To apply gastroscopic hemostasis in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and to study the clinical effect.Methods:Taking 100 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from February 2018 to November 2020 as the main object,they were divided into 50 cases in the control group(using conventional medical treatment)and 50 cases in the observation group(using hemostasis under gastroscope)by odd even grouping method.The changes of treatment efficiency,length of hospital stay and complication rate after treatment were analyzed.Results:The effective rate of 98.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 2.00%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 18.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After implementing the hemostasis treatment scheme under gastroscope for patients with peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital,it can accurately improve the treatment effect,shorten the hospital stay and reduce the occurrence of complications.
