护理专案对消毒供应中心精密器械过程损坏率及工作质量满意度的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Nursing Projects on the Process Damage Rate and Job Quality Satisfaction of Precision Instruments in the Disinfection and Supply Center

目的:研究分析消毒供应中心精密手术器械管理中应用护理专案的效果。方法:以2020年1月~6月从本院手术室回收的精密手术器械200件及同期手术室23名手术组人员为对照组采用常规管理模式,以2020年7月~12月从本院手术室回收的精密手术器械200件及同期手术室22名手术组人员为研究组采用护理专案管理模式,以精密手术器械过程损坏率、消毒供应中心工作质量满意度作为本次研究的观察指标。结果:与对照组相比,研究组精密手术器械过程损坏率更低(P<0.05),且研究组手术人员对消毒供应中心工作质量满意度明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:应用护理专案能够有效降低精密手术器械过程损坏率,提高手术人员对消毒供应中心工作质量满意度。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of nursing project in the management of precision surgical instruments in the disinfection and supply center.Methods:200 precision surgical instruments recovered from the operating room of our hospital from January to June 2020 and 23 operating group personnel in the operating room during the same period were used as the control group,and the conventional management mode was adopted.200 pieces of precision surgical instruments recovered from the operating room and 22 surgical staff in the operating room during the same period adopted the nursing project management mode for the research group,and the process damage rate of precision surgical instruments and the satisfaction of the work quality of the disinfection supply center were used as the observation indicators of this study.Results:Compared with the control group,the process damage rate of precision surgical instruments in the study group was lower(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the surgical staff in the study group to the work quality of the disinfection and supply center was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing project can effectively reduce the process damage rate of precision surgical instruments,and improve the satisfaction of surgical personnel to the work quality of disinfection supply center.
