大理州各级医疗机构小型压力蒸汽灭菌器使用现况调查

Investigation on the Use of Small Pressure Steam Sterilizer in Medical Institutions of Dali Prefecture

目的:为了解大理州各级医疗机构小型压力蒸汽灭菌器的使用管理情况,工作中的难点与困惑,为进一步强化管理打基础。方法:采用电子问卷调查的方式,利用分层抽样法抽取大理州48家医疗机构现阶段使用的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器,对灭菌器的使用、灭菌质量管理、灭菌效果监测及信息化质量追溯情况展开调研。结果:调研发现大理州48家医疗机构小型压力蒸汽灭菌器共81台。N型17台、占20.99%,B型23台、占28.40%,S型15台、占18.52%,还有26台、占32.10%的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器各级医疗不确定其灭菌周期,从而存在错用灭菌周期的安全隐患。其中有72.92%的医疗机构无物理监测参数打印记录,化学监测每包执行率77.08%,还有29.17%的医疗机构从未做生物监测,68.75%的医疗机构未实施信息化质量追溯。结论:大理州各级医疗机构现阶段使用的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器存在使用管理不规范、灭菌质量监测不到位及信息化质量追溯管理滞后等问题,相关医疗机构应加强监管。

Objective:In order to understand the use and management of small pressure steam sterilizer in medical institutions at all levels in Dali,the difficulties and puzzles in the work lay the foundation for further strengthening the management.Methods:Using the method of electronic questionnaire,the small pressure steam sterilizer used in 48 medical institutions in Dali Prefecture was selected by stratified sampling,and the use of sterilizer,sterilization quality management,sterilization effect monitoring and information quality traceability were investigated.Results:The survey found that there were 81 small pressure steam sterilizers in 48 medical institutions in Dali Prefecture.There are 17 N type,accounting for 20.99%,23 B type,accounting for 28.40%,15 S type,accounting for 18.52%,and 26 small pressure steam sterilizers,accounting for 32.10%.Therefore,there is a hidden danger of misusing sterilization cycle.Among them,72.92%of medical institutions do not have physical monitoring parameter printing records,and the implementation rate of chemical monitoring per package is 77.08%.There are also 29.17%of medical institutions that have never performed biological monitoring,and 68.75%of medical institutions have not implemented informatized quality traceability.Conclusion:The small pressure steam sterilizer used in medical institutions at all levels in Dali state has some problems,such as non-standard management,insufficient monitoring of sterilization quality and lag of information quality traceability management.
