摘要
淋巴系统承担着将来自全身组织的体液回收入心脏,辅佐激素、脂质等大分子物质入血以及免疫监视从而控制感染扩散的角色,对维持体液平衡和内环境稳态至关重要。淋巴管是淋巴系统中不可或缺的组成部分之一,人体绝大多数器官通过淋巴管清除来自细胞产生的代谢废物。
In recent years,the discovery of meningeal lymphatic vessels(MLVs)has not only challenge the previous recognition that the brain was an immune privileged organ,but also unveiled the mystery of immune regulation,neuroinflammation and disease in the central nervous system(CNS). In this review,we reviewed the structure and function of MLVs,describe a relationship between MLVs and glymphatic system,and summarize the progress on understanding the role and mechanism of MLVs in CNS diseases. Specifically,the roles of MLVs in Alzheimer disease,Parkinson disease,traumatic brain injury,subdural hematoma,subarachnoid hemorrhage,brain tumor,multiple sclerosis and hepatic encephalopathy are discussed in this review.
