摘要
针对立式刮刀却料离心机钟形罩磨损形式及原因,基于该设备的工作原理和结构特点,设计了分体式钟形罩,并建立了分体式钟形罩的有限元分析模型,对分体式钟形罩进行了有限元分析,验证了其结构的稳定性。此外,还研究分析了装配对分体式钟形罩动平衡的影响,通过动平衡试验,考察了分体式钟形罩的动平衡情况。分体式钟形罩具有使用成本低、易于更换等优点。该研究为离心机易损件的分体式设计提供了思路。
Based on analysis of the wearing pattern of the bell-shaped cowl and the causes leading to the wear,as well as the working principle and structural characteristics of the scraper-discharge centrifuge,a split-type cowl is developed.The stability of the cowl is verified through finite-element analysis(FEA)using the FEA model.Furthermore,the effect of fitting-up on dynamic balance and the dynamic balance of the assembled cowl are investigated through test The cowl developed offers the merits of being low in operating cost and is easy to replace.The study made provides a reference for the design of split-type wearing parts of centrifuge.
