摘要
为提高目前煤矿井下水仓清挖过程中煤泥运输效率,并避免造成的二次污染,提出在煤泥装车前进行脱水处理。基于煤矿井下水仓煤泥小筛分试验结果,在对比了物料脱水的各种设备的基础上,提出采用板框式压滤机对煤泥进行脱水处理。结果表明:经过压滤后的煤泥水分低于30%,无流动性,由刮板输送机直接输送到矿车、胶轮车或主运带式输送机。实现了煤泥的高效脱水、运输。
For improving the efficiency in haulage of the slime dredged out from underground mine water sump and avoiding secondary environmental pollution,it is proposed to carry out predewatering of the slime before it is loaded into rail wagons.Based on results of sieve analysis of the slime excavated from the water sump and comparative analysis of various dewatering equipment available,the plate-and-frame filter press is selected for use.Practice shows that the dewatered product has a high purity and no flowability with a moisture content of less than 30%,which can be directly loaded into wagon or rubber-tired car or main belt conveyor via scraper conveyor,making it possible to effect high-efficiency dewatering and conveyance of the coal slime in different states.
