摘要
针对现阶段高职院校教师发展中心存在的建制不独立,人员配置不足且整体工作专业度不高,对教师发展内涵的认识不够深入,服务内容单一且服务对象范围较窄等问题,提出高职院校教师发展中心可以通过强化顶层设计,明确中心职能,借助信息化技术手段打造“一平台,两基地,多团队”的路径加强建设,更好应对“后疫情”时代的机遇和挑战。
In view of the facts that the faculty development center in the higher vocational colleges is not independent,the staff is insufficient and non-professional,the understanding about the connotation of teacher development is not deep enough,and the service content is single while the service objects scope is narrow,this paper proposes that the faculty development center of higher vocational colleges should strengthen the top-level design,clarify the functions of the center,and use information technology means to create a path of“one platform,two bases,and multiple teams”to strengthen construction and better cope with the opportunities and challenges of the Post-Covid-19 era.
