摘要
疫情防控常态化、信息技术的发展和互联网移动终端的普及、高职院校人才培养要求及学生个性化学习需求,催生并促使教师采用线上线下混合教学模式。和传统的面对面课堂讲授教学模式相比,高职院校实施的O2O混合教学模式在师生角色定位、教学模式、考核方式等方面有诸多不同,疫情防控常态化视角下高职院校推行O2O混合教学模式虽有院校的支持系统、教师的素质能力等现实阻隔,但可通过创新教学模式、创设3M教学环境、打造多元教学团队、强化课程资源建设、构建立体智慧考核机制和加强外部协同创新等多元路径予以解决。
Many factors have encouraged teachers to adopt the online and offline blended teaching mode. Compared to traditional face-to-face lectures teaching mode,O2O blended teaching mode adopted in vocational colleges is quite different in teacher-student role positioning,teaching mode,and examination mode. Although there are many difficulties and obstacles in implementing such a blended teaching mode under the current circumstances of epidemic prevention and control,the promotion of O2O blended teaching mode in vocational colleges is feasible by the support of colleges such as innovating teaching mode,creating 3M teaching environment,building multiple teaching teams,strengthening the construction of course resources,constructing three-dimensional wisdom assessment mechanism and strengthening external collaborative innovation.
