习近平对列宁党的纪律建设思想的多维发展

纪律建设是党的建设的重要内容。在管党治党的具体实践中,列宁与习近平分别形成了符合各自时代背景、具有各自特色的党的纪律建设思想,二者在理论上的继承与发展关系构成了一个值得深入研究的思想课题。就理论发展的视角而言,习近平对列宁党的纪律建设思想作出了多维发展。具体而言,在战略重心维度实现了从严明组织纪律到突出政治纪律的转变,在主要方法维度实现了从加强思想认同到坚持思想建党与制度治党紧密结合的转变,在有效抓手维度实现了从维护党的领导权威到严抓“关键少数”作示范的转变。

Discipline construction is an important part of Party building.In the concrete practice of administering the party,Lenin and Xi Jinping respectively formed the thought of Party discipline construction which conforms to their respective historical backgrounds and has their own characteristics.The relationship between the two theories in succession and development constitutes an ideological subject worthy of further study.From the perspective of theoretical development,Xi Jinping made a multidimensional development of Lenin’s discipline construction thought.Specifically,in the strategic focus dimension,he changed from strict organization discipline to prominent political discipline.In the main method dimension,it has realized the transformation from strengthening ideological identity to adhering to the close combination of ideological Party building and system Party governance,and in the effective grip dimension,it has realized the transformation from maintaining the Party’s leadership authority to strictly grasping the“key minority”as an example.
