摘要
稀土镁硅铁合金是铸造行业中非常重要的一种原材料,也叫做球化剂,一般球化剂的含硅量在35%~47%之间,因此,如何快速、准确地检测稀土镁硅铁合金中的硅含量具有极其重要的意义。稀土镁硅铁合金中硅含量的测定方法主要有重量法、分光光度法和酸碱滴定法。通过对稀土镁硅铁合金中硅含量的分析方法的讨论、比较,从反应机理、试剂、分析方法等方面进行研究。结果表明:氟硅酸钾容量法所得结果准确,重现性高,分析时间短,能够快速准确地分析稀土镁中间合金中的硅含量,更好地服务于生产。
Rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy was a very important raw material in the casting industry,it was also called spheroidizing agent.Generally,the silicon content of spheroidizing agent has been between 35%~47%,therefore,how to quickly and accurately detect the silicon content in rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy was of great significance.The determination methods of silicon in rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy mainly included gravimetric method,spectrophotometry and acid-base titration.It was discussed and compared that the analysis methods of silicon content in rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy from the aspects of reaction mechanism,reagent and analysis method.The results showed that the potassium fluosilicate volumetric method had the advantages of accurate results,high reproducibility and short analyzing time,which could quickly and accurately analyze the silicon content in rare earth magnesium master alloy to better serve the production.
