摘要
教师与期刊编辑之间的双向流动,无论是从教学科研单位自身的利益出发,还是从教师和期刊编辑的个人成长和发展来看,都是非常必要和可行的。教师和期刊编辑所从事的工作非常相似,都是学术生产链条上非常重要的组成部分。教师兼职做期刊编辑,可以更好地发挥教师的鉴别力和判断力,有助于提升文章的学术质量和期刊的学术品位。科研和教学能力较强的期刊编辑兼职做教师,在从事科研和教学工作、不断提升学术水平和编校能力的同时,在学术规范、文章选题和期刊投稿等方面还可以为学生提供必要的指导,有助于提升学生的写作能力和科研水平。
Two-way mobility between faculty and journal editors is very necessary and feasible,both in terms of the interests of the teaching and research units themselves and in terms of the personal growth and development of faculty and journal editors.Because teachers and journal editors are engaged in very similar work,they are both very important parts of the academic production chain.By working part-time as journal editors,teachers can better utilize their discernment and judgment,which helps to improve the academic quality of articles and the academic taste of journals.Journal editors with strong scientific research and teaching abilities work part-time as teachers,and while engaging in scientific research and teaching work and continuously improving their academic level and editing ability,they can also provide necessary guidance to students in terms of academic standards,article selection and journal submission,which helps to improve students’writing ability and scientific research level.
