新冠疫情背景下美西方学界对“一带一路”倡议态度变化及启示

Changes in the Attitudes of American and Western Academic Circles towards the “Belt and Road” Initiative and its Enlightenment in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic

2013年习近平总书记提出"一带一路"战略构想以来,相关话题一直是海外中国研究的热点,美西方学界对此负面评价较多,新冠疫情背景下,作为"一带一路"合作重要内容的"健康丝绸之路"倡议受到重点关注,部分美西方学者对我国推进"一带一路"建设态度出现变化,重视中国抗疫经验、寄望"中国疫苗"、期待中国引领全球经济复苏等声音日渐增强。本文在对有关美西方学者态度及认知分析的基础上,提出了防范应对有关海外学者攻击抹黑的建议。

Since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the "Belt and Road" strategic concept in 2013, related topics have always been hotspots in overseas Chinese studies. There are many negative comments from the American and Western academic circles. Under the background of the COVID-19 pandemic, the "Silk Road for Health" initiative received high attention as an important content of the "Belt and Road" cooperation. Some American and western scholars change their attitudes towards China’s promotion of the "Belt and Road" construction. Voices such as attaching importance to China’s anti-epidemic experience, hoping for a "Chinese vaccine", and expecting China to lead the global economic recovery gradually increased. Based on the analysis of the attitudes and cognition of American and western scholars, this article puts forward suggestions for preventing and responding to overseas scholars’ attacks and discredits.
