低矮型掘进机装载驱动装置的应用与改进

摘要 结合低矮型掘进机的布置要求,采用减速器驱动方案设计的薄型铲板,以满足尺寸分配要求。针对减速器在使用中的问题,改用浮动密封加迷宫结构作为输出轴的端面密封,并改进减速器各轴的支撑方式来提高浮封的使用寿命,改善密封效果;而选用紧凑型液压马达直接驱动转盘的方式来互换减速器,其故障点少,结构简单,成本低,有较好的经济效益。 Combined with the arrangement requirements of low-profile roadheader,the thin shovel plate designed with reducer drive scheme is adopted to meet the size distribution requirements.In response to the problems of the reducer in use,the floating seal plus labyrinth structure is used as the end seal of the output shaft instead,and the support method of each shaft of the reducer is improved to enhance the service life of the floating seal and improve the sealing effect;while the compact hydraulic motor direct drive turntable is selected to interchange the reducer,which has fewer fmlure points,simple structure,low cost and better economic benefits.
