金属快速凝固冷却装置及其实验应用

摘要 针对合金凝固过程中无法准确调节合金冷却凝固速率的问题,设计了双控金属凝固冷却设备。该装置通过冷却水循环系统、水流速控制系统、温度测量系统实现对合金凝固过程中冷却速率变化的定量评估。以Al-18%Si、Al-25%Si为测试合金,研究冷却速率的变化对凝固组织和拉伸性能的影响。实践表明,双控金属凝固冷却设备可以实现对合金冷却速率的调节,为相关铸造实验提供参考依据。 In response to the problem that the cooling and solidification rate of the alloy cannot be accurately adjusted during the solidification process,a dual-control metal solidification and cooling equipment was designed to realize the quantitative assessment of the cooling rate change during the solidification process of the alloy through the cooling water circulation system,water flow rate control system,and temperature measurement system.Al-18%Si and Al-25%Si were used as test alloys to study the effect of cooling rate variation on solidification organization and tensile properties.The.practice shows that the dual-controlled metal solidification and cooling equipment can realize the regulation of the cooling rate of the alloy and provide a reference basis for the relevant casting experiments.
