摘要
通过研究NACA 65风机叶片后缘的两种不同改型方式对低速单转子轴流通风机性能的影响,并对两种转子进行实验测试,获得了两种不同叶尖泄漏下的特性曲线。将实验数据与理想几何形状下计算流体动力学(CFD)的结果进行比较,并对实际几何形状与理想几何形状的性能损失进行对比。实验表明:在基于叶栅数据进行叶片设计时,必须考虑性能损失方面的因素。
The effects of two different modifications of the trail ing edge of the NACA 65 airfoil blade on the performance of a low-speed single-rotor axial ventilation fan were studied and experimental tests were conducted on both rotors to obtain the characteristic curves under two different blade tip leaks.The experimental data were compared with the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)results for the ideal geometry to compare the performance loss of the actual geometry with that o£the ideal geometry.The experiments show,that the performance loss aspect must,be considered when designing the blade based on the blade grid data.
