摘要
为了研究采煤机传动系统在变负载工况下的截割响应特性,建立了截割电动机、齿轮传动系统和采煤机截割滚筒截割部传动系统动力学分析模型,并且以电动机输出转速作为驱动,以截割滚筒所受的转矩为负载,研究了采煤机传动系统在遇到比如截割负载突变、稳定工况负载、牵引速度变化工况下截割部的响应特性。研究表明:传动系统负载突变或者是牵引速度增加将会引起在传动系统中的高速级齿轮的振动以及受力将会发生明显的突变,并且受到负载转矩的影响,在稳定负载下的传动系统受到的外部载荷直接作用,振动是最大的。
In order to study the cutting response characteristics of the coal mining machine transmission system under variable load conditions,the kinetic analysis model of cutting motor,gear transmission system and cutting drum transmission system of the coal mining machine was established,and the output speed of the motor,was used as the driver and the torque of the cutting drum was used as the load.The response characteristics of the cut-off section under the changing working conditions such as sudden change of cut-off load,steady working load and traction speed were studied.The study shows that the sudden change o£load or increase of traction speed of the transmission system will cause the vibration and force of the high-speed gears in the transmission system to change abruptly,and the vibration of the transmission system is the largest under the direct action of the,external load under the stable load as affected by the load torque.
