摘要
基于某矿4207工作面过断层群期间的地质生产条件,在分析其顶板破坏机理的基础上,设计出工作面过断层群的顶板分层注浆加固方案。该方案将工作面顶板围岩分为浅部岩石碎裂区及深部裂隙发育区后,对深、浅部围岩实施不同参数的注浆加固,从而形成浅部刚性加固区及深部柔性加固区,并通过现场工程实践,辅以有效的现场管理手段,保障工作面过断层群期间的顶板稳定及安全生产。
Based on the geological production conditions during the fault group of 4207 work in a mine,and based on the analysis of its roof damage mechanism,a layered grouting reinforcement scheme for the roof slab of the fault group,of the workfoce was designed,which divided the roof rock of the workface into shallow rock fracture zone and deep fractur&development zone,and then implemented different parameters of grouting reinforcement for the deep and shallow surrounding rocks to form shallow rigid reinforcement zone and deep flexible reinforcement zone.And through the field engineering practice,supplemented by effective field management means to ensure the stability of the roof plate and safe production during the working face over fault group.
