摘要
针对采煤过程中薄煤层及保护层采用钻式采煤机,对煤岩截割过程中截齿的受力作用较大,容易造成截齿磨损这一问题,探究了截齿截割煤岩模型的构建,采用离散元仿真分析的方式对不同安装角度下的截齿的受力作用进行分析。通过不同的切削角、旋转角下截齿的受力变化规律,为截齿应用过程中的安装角度选取提供依据,从而减小截齿的磨损,提高截齿的寿命,提高钻式采煤机的作业效率。
In view of the,problem that the drill type coal mining machine is used for thin coal seam and protective seam in coal mining process,the force on the cut-off teeth in the process of cutting coal and rock is large,and it is easy to cause the wear of cut-off teeth,the construction of cut-off teeth cutting coal and rock model is explored,and the force on the cut-off teeth under different installation angles is analyzed by means of discrete element simulation.Through the change law of the force of the cut-off teeth under different cutting angle and rotation angle,it provides the basis for the selection of the installation angle in the application of cut-off teeth,so as to reduce the wear of cut-off teeth,improve the life of cut-off teeth and increase the operating efficiency of the drilling machine.
