摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面的生产效率、自动化水平和安全性,以提升综采设备的稳定性为实现基础。以保兴煤矿11073运输巷工作面为例,在研究其顶底板地质条件的基础上,重点对采煤机和液压支架在工作状态、初撑状态和自由状态下的稳定性进行分析,并针对性地提出防倒防滑措施,为今后保证急倾斜综采工作面的安全、高效、自动化生产奠定理论基础。
In order to further improve the production efficiency,automation level and safety of the comprehensive mining working face,the stability of comprehensive mining equipment is the basis for realization.Taking the working face of 11073 transport lane of Baoxing coal mine as an example,based on the study of its geological conditions of top and bottom plates,the stability of coal mining machine and hydraidic bracket in working state,initial support state and free state is analyzed with emphasis on the stability of coal mining machine and hydraulic bracket in working state,initial support state and free,state,and targeted anti-collapse and anti-slip measures are proposed to lay the theoretical foundation for ensuring the safe,efficient and automated production of sharply inclined comprehensive mining working face in the future.
