摘要
煤矿变压器自动调压是稳定负载电压的有效方法,接触式分接开关由于成本高、容量小并不适用于煤矿配电变压器。基于煤矿变压器的结构和自动有载分接调压原理,采用固态继电器作为无触点自动有载调压分接头,对分接头更换过程中产生环流的机理和限制措施进行研究。经理论分析和试验表明,在调压到较高电压和较低电压的过程中,环流的变化规律是不同的。
Automatic voltage regulation of.coal mine transformers is an effective method to stabilize the load voltage.Contact tap-changers are not.suitable for coal mine distribution transformers due to their high cost and small capacity.Based on the structure of coal mine transformers and the principle of automatic on-load tap-changing,solid-state relays are used as non-contact automatic on-load tap-changers to study the mechanism and restriction measures of circulating current during tap-changer replacement The theoretical analysis and tests show that the change of circulating current is different in the process of regulating to higher and lower voltages.
