摘要
针对叶片结构参数会影响矿用轴流通风机的性能,其参数含叶片相对厚度、叶顶间隙、叶片安装倾角等,以叶片相对厚度为变化参数,研究了轴流通风机内部流场、全压效率的变化规律。研究结果表明:对于矿用轴流通风机径向截面上的速度、出口风速、风机全压、运行效率,都随着叶片相对厚度的增大呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,且在叶片相对厚度参数是40%,矿用通风机运行效率最高,为最优的参数值。
The performance of mining axial flow fan is affected by the blade structure parameters,including blade relative thickness,blade top clearance,blade installation inclination,etc.The change law of internal flow field and full pressure efficiency of axial flow fan is studied with blade relative thickness as the change parameter.The research results show that the speed,outlet air velocity,full pressure and operating efficiency of the axial flow fan in the radial cross-section of the mine fan show a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of the relative thickness of the blades,and the operating efficiency of the mine fan is the highest when the relative thickness of the blades is 40%,which is the optimal parameter value.
