摘要
为解决原有通风系统间歇时间长、通风效率低等问题,西曲矿通过仿真分析对矿井通风系统进行优化。对比模糊控制技术与自适应模糊PID控制技术的仿真效果,确定选用自适用模糊PID控制技术,并设计了自适应模糊PID变频控制系统。经过现场应用研究发现,经过优化后的自适应模糊PID风机变频系统达到了预期的效果,可为矿井通风系统的优化设计提供一定的借鉴。
In order to solve the problems of long interniittent time and low ventilation efiEiciency of the original ventilation system,Xiqu mine optimized and analyzed the mine ventilation system.By comparing the simulation effect of fuzzy control technology and adaptive fuzzy PID control technology,it was determined that the self-adaptive fuzzy PID control technology was selected and the adaptive fuzzy PID variable frequency control system was designed.After the field application study,it was found that the optimized adaptive fuzzy PID fan frequency conversion system achieved the expected effect,which can provide some reference for the optimized design of mine ventilation system.
