摘要
刮板输送机目前推广使用了新型材料BTW耐磨板,需要开发高效的新型耐磨中板和槽帮的焊接工艺,因此,提出了大功率串联焊接工艺技术,从能源效率的角度评价了标准气体保护焊(GMAW)和大功率串联气体保护焊(TGMAW)工艺。测量电流、电压和设备总功率,确定能耗。结果表明,应用TGMAW工艺可显著提高能源效率和工艺经济性能。用标准GMAW和TGMAW将一块30 mm厚的结构钢金属板连接起来,以演示在实际焊接中所节省的总能源,使用大功率TGMAW工艺可降低20%以上的电力消耗。
Scraper conveyor is currently promoted the use of new materials BTW wear-resistant plate,the need todevelop efficient new wear-resistant middle plate and groove gang welding process,therefore,proposed a high-powertandem welding process technology,from the perspective of energy eficiency evaluation of the standard gas shieldedwelding(GMAW)and high-power tandem gas shielded welding(TGMAW)process.Current,voltage and totalequipment power were measured to determine energy consumption.The results show that the application of theTGMAW process can significantly improve energy efficiency and process economics.A 30 mm thick structural steelsheet metal was joined with standard CGMAW and TCMAW to demonstrate the total energy savings in actual welding.and the use of the high-power TGMAW process can reduce power consumption by more than 20%.
