煤矿副井提升机主电机现场大修工艺的研究和应用

摘要 阐述了五阳煤矿南丰副井提升机主电机应用现场大修的修理工艺,针对提升机主电机励磁回路和电枢回路绝缘阻值低的问题,对主电机定子和转子实施了吹灰清理、干冰清洗、换向器倒角、表面绝缘处理、电气试验、刷盒等分等一系列修理工艺,电机励磁回路和电枢回路的绝缘阻值有了明显提高。同时该修理工艺与更换新电机或返厂大修相比,资金投入低,修理时间短,实施难度小,该工艺具有一定的推广价值。 The repair process of the main motor of Nanfeng sub shaft hoist in Wuyang Coal Mine is described.For the problem of low insulation resistance of the excitation circuit and armature circuit of the main motor of the hoist,a series of repair processes such as dust blowing and-cleaning,dry ice cleaning,commutator chamfering,surface insulation treatment,electrical test and brush box are implemented for the stator and rotor of the main motor,and the insulation resistance of the excitation circuit and armature circuit of the motor is significantly improved.The insulation resistance of the motor excitation circuit and armature circuit has been significantly improved.At the same.time the repair process and the replacement of new motors and return to the factory compared to the overhaul,low capital investment,short repair time,less difficult to implement.The process has certain promotion value.
