摘要
针对煤矿井下设备管理不规范,使用效率不高的问题,提出了一种基于UWB技术的井下设备定位系统。根据井下实际环境,建立无线定位系统整体方案,读卡器与定位标签之间通过UWB进行无线通信,利用信号强度与三边测定法进行定位标签的二维定位,并对定位分站、读卡器与定位标签的结构进行了设计。通过实验模拟巷道环境,对系统的定位精度进行试验,试验结果表明,系统的定位误差小于0.5 m,具有一定的抗干扰能力,满足井下设备的定位需求。
Aiming at the problems of irregular.management and inefficien t use of underground equipment in coal mines,an underground equipment positioning system based on UWB technology is proposed.According to the actual underground environment,the overall scheme of wireless positioning system is established,the wireless communication between card reader,and positioning tag is carried out through UWB,the two-dimensional positioning of positioning tag is carried out by using signal strength and trilateral determination method,and the structure of positioning substation,card reader and positioning tag is designed.The positioning accuracy of the system is tested by simulating the tunnel environment through experiments,and the test results show that the positioning error of the system is less than 0.5 m,with certain anti-interference ability,and meets the positioning requirements of underground equipment.
