摘要 针对现有井下带式输送机控制策略很难适应长距离、大运量、高功率的多电机驱动模式的问题,结合带式输送机的驱动特点和井下运输系统的控制模式,综合考虑电机启动加速度曲线、运行偏载、多个驱动电机功率平衡三种因素,分析其在闭环控制模式下,采用软起动、功率平衡、综合保护的PLC控制策略,以提升带式输送机智能控制系统的安全性和可靠性。 Aiming at the problem that the existing underground belt conveyor control strategy is difficult to adapt to the multi-motor drive mode with long distance,large capacity and high power,combining the drive characteristics of the existing belt conveyor and the control mode of underground transportation system,considering three factors of motor starting.acceleration curve,running bias load and power balance of multiple drive motors,analyzing,the PLC control strategy of soft starting,power balance and comprehensive protection under the closed-loop control mode,in order to improve the safety and reliability of the conveyor system.The PLC control strategy of soft start,power balance and comprehensive protection is analyzed to improve the safety and reliability of the conveyor system under the closed-loop control mode.
