摘要
为了使井下煤矿开采运输系统运行效率更高,且安全、可靠,对井下皮带运输机进行了监控系统的设计。通过对带式运输机监控系统的功能和需求进行分析,并以S7-300型PLC为核心,对井下煤矿皮带运输机监控系统进行了硬件组态和软件设计,构造了由操作台及PLC组成的单条皮带和单台给煤机的自动监控系统。经过试用发现,该系统能很好地满足现代工业监测、控制的实际需求,提高运输机的运行效率,使煤矿开采工作更加安全可靠。
In order to make the underground coal mine mining and transportation system operate more efficiently,.and safely and reliably,the design of,the monitoring system for the underground belt conveyor was carried out.By analyzing the functions and requirements of the belt conveyor monitoring system,and using S7-300 PLC as the core,the hardware configuration and software design of the underground coal mine belt conveyor monitoring system were carried out,and the automatic monitonng system of a single belt and a single coal feeder composed of the operator console arid PLC was constructed.After a trial,it is found that the system can.well meet the practical needs of modem industrial monitoring and control,improve the operation efficiency of the conveyor,and make the coal mining work more safe and reliable.
