Design and Implementation of Automatic Control System for Filter Presses

针对压滤机需借助人工作业来完成打开和关闭动作,且还会发生滤室被打开的现象,自动化程度较低,为提高煤泥选煤工作效率,根据实际工况对压滤机进行自动优化控制设计,实现了压滤机的自动上料、关闭、加压过滤等进程,不仅提高了煤泥选煤工作效率,且降低了劳动强度。

In order to improve the efficiency of coal slurry beneficiation,the automatic optimization controF design of the filter press is carried out according to the actual working conditions to realize the automatic feeding,closing and pressurization of the filter press,which riot only improves the efficiency of coal slurry beneficiation,but also reduces the labor intensity.
