摘要
基于矿井提升机结构和功能特点,结合交-直-交变频及PWM矢量控制技术,设计了一种矿井提升机应用系统。该系统硬件部分采用全冗余的双变频器驱动设计完成电机提升及异常状态转换,并结合提升机工作过程完成软件功能设计,极大地提高了系统的稳定性和抗干扰性,拓展了交-直-交变频器在矿井提升机领域的应用范围。
Based on the structure and fiinctional characteristics of mine hoist,a mine hoist application system is designed by combining AC-DC frequency conversion and PWM vector control technology.The hardware part of the system adopts a fully redundant dual inverter drive design to complete the motor hoisting and abnonnal state conversion,and the、software function design is completed by combining the hoist working process,which greatly improves the stability and anti-interference of the system and expands the application of AC/DC inverter in the field of mine hoist.
