钛合金精密零件镗铣加工工艺研究

摘要 基于当前钛合金材料的加工及发展状况,指出其加工过程中存在切削温度高、易发生质变、易变形、易发生过定位现象等问题,结合相关的加工工艺及过程对其流程进行优化,主要有选择合适刀具、进行合理恰当的切削、通过流程优化消除零件加工应力等,以提高钛合金加工的合格率,使零件尺寸精度达到要求。 Based on the current processing and development of titanium alloy material,it is pointed out that there are.problems such as high cutting temperature,prone to quality change,easy deformation and over-positioning phenomenon in its processing,and finally the process is optimized by combining the relevant processing technology and process,mainly by selecting suitable tools,making reasonable and appropriate cutting,and eliminating the machining stress of parts through process optimization,in order to improve the qualification rate of titanium alloy processing In order to improve the qualification rate of titanium alloy machining and make the dimensional accuracy of the parts meet the requirements.
