摘要
飞机飞行过程中,高速旋转的航空发动机的振动所引起的交变应力会导致其材料失效、磨损加剧、强度减弱、噪声增大等故障。针对此情况,通过飞机上设有的振动监控系统对发动机损伤和非正常磨损进行早期检测,了解并掌握发动机振动故障模式、注意事项及解决方法,可有效提高发动机工作的安全性及可靠性,并可降低维修成本。
During the flight of an aircraft,the alternating stress caused by the vibration of the high-speed rotating aero-engine can lead to material failure,increased wear,weakened strength,increased noise and other faults.To address this situation,early detection of engine damage and abnormal wear through the vibration monitoring system equipped on the aircraft,understanding and mastering engine vibration failure modes,precautions and solutions can effectively improve the safety and reliability of engine work and reduce maintenance costs.
