摘要
基于大斗沟矿5201巷掘进期间巷道内安装的SSJ-800-型带式输送机经常出现跑偏现象,导致巷道掘进时出现撒煤、输送带磨损、电机超负荷等问题,机掘队通过技术研究,对5201巷内带式输送机跑偏机理进行合理分析,并根据掘进现状提出了合理有效的预防措施。实际应用效果表明,采取预防措施后,巷道在后期掘进过程中带式输送机跑偏率降低了87%;全年设备维修费用降低了27.8万元,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the fact that the SSJ-800 belt conveyor installed in the roadway during the digging of 5201 roadway in Dadugou mine often runs out of alignment,resulting in coal spreading,belt wear and motor overload during roadway digging,the machine digging team,through technical research,reasonably analyzed the mechanism o£belt conveyor running out of alignment in 5201 roadway and put forward reasonable and effective preventive measures according to the current situation of digging.The actual application effect shows that after taking the preventive measures,the belt conveyor runout rate has been reduced by 87% and the annual equipment maintenance cost has been reduced by 278,000 yuan in the later digging process,which has achieved significant application effect.
