Evaluation of Beijing’s high-quality economic development based on the new development concept

基于新发展理念的内涵,构建了包含"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五个维度59个指标的北京经济高质量发展评价体系,运用主成分分析法(PCA),综合评估了2006—2019年北京经济高质量发展及其各维度的发展特点。研究发现北京经济高质量发展综合水平逐年提高,各维度子系统整体上升,创新发展和绿色发展分别是北京经济高质量发展的优势和短板,并指出应加快落实和推动"扬优势,促协调,补短板,强弱项,惠民生",为中国经济高质量发展打造北京发展样板。

Based on the connotation of the new development concept,an evaluation system for Beijing’s high-quality economic development was constructed with 59 indicators including five dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing. And the principal component method was used to comprehensively evaluate the level of Beijing’s high-quality economic development and the differences in various development dimensions from 2006 to 2019. The study found that the comprehensive level of Beijing’s high-quality economic development has been increasing year by year,and the various dimensional subsystems have shown overall growth. Innovative development and green development were respectively the advantages and shortcomings of Beijing’s high-quality economic development. It is necessary to accelerate the implementation and promotion of strengthening advantages,promoting coordination,offsetting shortcomings,strengthening weaknesses,and benefiting the people ’s livelihood to create Beijing ’s development model for the high-quality economic development in China.
