档案学本科专业教学质量国家标准的解读、实践及启示

Interpretation,Practice and Enlightenment of National Standards for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Archives

作为专业的准入标准、建设标准和评价标准,《档案学教学质量国标》在引导档案学专业兜住底线、保障合格、追求卓越过程中发挥着重要作用。从培养目标、培养规格、课程体系、教学规范、师资队伍、教学条件、质量管理7个方面进行解读,有利于更加全面、更加深刻地理解《档案学教学质量国标》。中国人民大学等10所国家级一流本科专业建设点高校档案学专业的人才培养实践,尤其是其培养方案、课程资源、教师队伍和质量体系建设,具有示范性、典型性与代表性。为进一步提升档案学本科专业人才培养质量,更好发挥《档案学教学质量国标》的作用,需牢固立足新文科发展阶段,深入贯彻新文科发展理念,主动融入新文科发展格局,凸显多主体协同培养,实现多类型培养目标,推进多学科课程建设。

As a professional access standard,construction standard and evaluation standard,the national standard of archives plays an important role in guiding the archival science major to hold the bottom line,guarantee qualifications,and pursue excellence.Interpretation from the seven aspects of training objectives,training specifications,curriculum system,teaching standards,faculty,teaching conditions and quality management is conducive to a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the national standard of archives.The talent training practice of archives majors in 10 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites including Renmin University of China,in particular,its training program,curriculum resources,teacher team and quality system construction are exemplary,typical and representative.In order to further improve the quality of undergraduate professional personnel training in archives,and to better play the role of the national standard of archives,it is necessary to firmly base on the development stage of the new liberal arts,thoroughly implement the development concept of the new liberal arts,and actively integrate into the development pattern of the new liberal arts.As a result,it highlights the collaborative training of multiple subjects,realizes the goals of multiple types of training,and promotes the construction of multidisciplinary courses.
